In 2009, ecoMaster CEO, Lyn Beinat, was awarded the prestigious HIA GreenSmart Professional of the Year at Parliament House, Canberra, for leadership and professionalism in the industry. ecoMaster was the first green retrofit business in Australia to receive a national award from an industry peak body—a testament to our commitment to quality, integrity, and sustainability.
More recently we were involved in the consortium that won the 2023 Victorian Premier’s Regional Recognition Award AND 2023 – Industry Leader Award in the Healthy and Fair Society.

Our Story
ecoMaster’s journey began in our own home. Lyn and Maurice Beinat used their house as a test case to prove the power of science-backed energy efficiency solutions. The results? A staggering 84% reduction in energy consumption. What was once a home producing almost double the national average of greenhouse gas emissions is now a zero-emission home that actually pays the family to live there. More comfort, less energy—all year round.
In 2020, ecoMaster launched ecoMasterStore, an online hub for DIYers looking to achieve the same great results without needing a full custom assessment and installation service. Through our extensive range of high-performance products, expert guides, and hands-on training, we make energy efficiency accessible to everyone.
