The house/property being assessed information:
- Is the house in Australia and is it the primary place of residence?	Yes No
- Is the house more than 12 months old and been lived in for more than 12 months? (not necessarily by the applicant)	Yes No
- Is this your first Green Loans Home Sustainability Assessment?	Yes No
